In the distance, during the day there is a view of the beginning of the city, the Zadar channel and the nearby islands, and at night the lights of the city remind you of the crowds from which you moved, but also where you can come again whenever you want.
On the upper floor there is a living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet and access to the sun deck with sun loungers, parasols and pool (1.2 m deep and 30 m2 with hydromassage section).
From the upper floor it is possible to see more details of the landscape, as well as some of the spectacular sunsets especially in the winter while staying comfortably and safely in the warmth of the living room.
