All bedrooms are located on the ground floor, immersed in the surrounding greenery and lawn, which is guaranteed to have a relaxing effect whether you enjoy the view from the bed or on the porch where you will find deck chairs and a table. In the distance, during the day there is a view of the beginning of the city, the Zadar channel and the nearby islands, and at night the lights of the city remind you of the crowds from which you moved, but also where you can come again whenever you want.
On the upper floor there is a living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet and access to the sun deck with sun loungers, parasols and pool (1.2 m deep and 39 m2 in size with hydromassage section).
From the upper floor it is possible to see more details of the landscape, as well as some of the spectacular sunsets especially in the winter while staying comfortably and safely in the warmth of the living room.
The entire space of the villa is covered by high-speed wireless internet, rooms and living room are equipped with digital TV with large flat screens, and the upper floor and sunbathing area is sounded with Hi-Fi stereo (with the possibility of wireless streaming music from your smartphone).
Opposite the bedrooms on the ground floor, on the north side there is a relax zone equipped with a mini-gym, shower and steam room (Turkish bath) which is extremely relaxing and provides a number of health benefits from reducing stress, breathing problems, relieving muscle pain and even sleep.
