Difficult to put into words just how amazing these villas are.. from the tranquil setting, the amazing architecture, beautiful bedrooms and of course the rooftop infinity pools our stay was nothing more than a glimpse into paradise! Thank you to Martina & Karlo who not only have created but provided a 5* service from the moment we booked until the day of our sad departure. My wife and I stayed at the villa recently courtesy of our son, who treated us as part of our big family celebrations this year. We were seven in total – my son and his wife, our three grandchildren plus us two. We’d not visited Croatia before but had had good reports from those that had, and we were keen to taste it for ourselves. What we found was delightful. The highlight of our stay in Croatia was certainly the villa which was simply perfect. It had everything needed for our superb accommodation, whilst relaxing and a welcome base for our travels around. It was like staying in an exclusive hotel where everything had been planned specifically for our convenience. I compliment you on the superb quality of the villa, it’s grounds and facilities. I cannot think of anything it lacks or could be improved by, it’s perfect in every way. The end result of our week’s stay was retained memories of a great time spent with our family in the best location. Thank you for the experience, it won’t be forgotten.

Everything was as expected and as on the pictures. Very clean and easy to use and especially the terrace with the pool was used the whole time. We where 2 families and it was perfect with the 4 rooms with separate bathrooms, so everyone has their privacy. Quit area but still close to town where there are plenty of good restaurants. The hosts Martina and Karlo are super nice and responds if you need guidance to sightseeing, restaurants or anything else. I can only give 5 stars and recommend this house to everyone, as the stay was just perfect.

I was with 11 friends in mid-June in this villa. First I must thank the landlady she helped us very much in all respects. She gave us tips on what we should look at e.g. which nature park is most worthwhile. She also saved us on the last day by organizing cabs that we had planned to take. The house was perfect for us, enough rooms, all extremely large with private bathrooms. Also you can listen to loud music until 11pm without any problem and without disturbing anyone. The 2 pools we have also used the one in the morning and the other at noon, so you always had sun on the terrace. The location of the house, this is good close to one of the largest malls with a large supermarket, 15 minutes by car from the old town and still a little outside, so you do not have to go from. Traffic is disturbed So overall one of the best trips I have ever done.

We were skeptical after the beautiful pictures, whether it’s the same in reality and it’s the same if not better 🙂 . There is nothing to complain about, everything is there, very clean, the rooms are very nice and large, the master bedroom is huge. The bathrooms are large and equipped like in a hotel, towels, bathrobes, hair dryer, toiletries, everything is available. At the pool we had 6 loungers and 3 umbrellas. The landlords are very friendly and helpful, should something be. The complex with the olive trees is very large, each room has direct access to the garden with nice seating and a retreat. Villa Alba has a large covered outdoor dining area for 10 people, a perfectly equipped Weber gas grill of the latest generation, here you can grill fresh fish from the fish market or excellent cevapcici from the local butcher. Zadar center can be reached by car in 10 minutes or by Uber for about 10 €. You can also have food delivered, here it is important to give the correct address and a small description of the way, as it is not immediately apparent that the villa is going there. All in all a beautiful property and we are really looking forward to coming back in September.

Super freundliche Gastgeber, die bei jeder Kleinigkeit direkt geholfen haben. Die Zimmer bzw. das ganze Haus war sauber und voll ausgestattet. An alles ist gedacht. Die Aussicht auf unzählige Olivenbäume rundet alles nochmal ab. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! Danke Martina & Karlo 🙂

Naša je obitelj jako uživala u putovanju Hrvatskom. Bila je to velika, lijepa kuća u kojoj su se svi osjećali opušteno. Ne možete ovo čak ni nazvati kućom. Bila je to vila u kojoj smo se svi osjećali kao zvijezde. Privatni bazen učinio je naš obiteljski odmor još ugodnijim. Također, moram istaknuti izvanrednu komunikaciju s vlasnikom. Osjećali smo se više nego dobrodošli i uslišane su sve naše potrebe. Preporučio bih ovu kuću svima koji traže nezaboravni ljetni odmor.

Sjajan boravak u Hrvatskoj u ovim prekrasnim vilama. Domaćini su nevjerojatno uslužni i ljubazni, obje su vile bile vrlo čiste i dobro opremljene na mirnoj lokaciji. Pogled je nevjerojatan i vrlo su blizu Zadra i mora.

Die wohl schönste Villa, die wir gesehen haben. Die Lage einmalig. Die Aufteilung raffiniert durchdacht, maximale Privatsphäre. Den Kaffee morgens auf der eigenen Terrasse genießen, abends die traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge aus dem Pool aus beobachten. Die Vermieter herzlich & stets bemüht allen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden. Modernes Interieur, hochwertige Materialien. Preis/Leistung TOP! Hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen, ein richtiger Traumurlaub. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen, eine Empfehlung von Herzen!

Beautiful villa in an idyllic setting with good accessibility from the highway, to Zadar and to popular destinations such as Krka National Park. Very friendly and courteous hosts – hospitality is very important here. Great landscaped, spacious Mediterranean garden with olive trees and lots of space and privacy.

I can 120% recommend this place! The villas were extremely good equipped and nothing was missing. The owners were very kind and it was a very nice stay.

From day on it felt like home. The houses are perfectly equipped and we missed nothing. We were there for a one week „Workation“ with a team of 16 people and had absolutely no problems with wifi, workspaces etc. The view is beautiful and Martina and Karlo were extremely kind, trustfully and were always there to help if we had any questions.

Tajni kutak raja s najljepšim zalascima sunca! Ova je nekretnina dobro opremljena za remote workere, poslovne retreatove ili čak obiteljski odmor. Tijekom mog dvotjednog boravka, domaćin i vratar su rado pomogli sa svim zahtjevima, u bilo koje doba dana. Kakvo nevjerojatno putovanje – hvala!

Vila s pogledom, i to kakav je to zapanjujući pogled bio! Iz infinity bazena gledate na polja, a možete vidjeti i more. Ova vila je luksuz, udobna i s puno prostora. Mali detalji poput ručnika i ručnika za plažu s logom vile čine osjećaj luksuza potpunim. Cijenili smo toplu dobrodošlicu i prijateljske savjete tijekom našeg boravka od ljubaznog domaćina vile. Mi smo obitelj, pa smo ostali uglavnom na terasi i u prekrasnom infinity bazenu. Ali ako tražite više privatnosti, svaka soba ima svoju malu terasu s opuštajućim sjedalima. Vila se nalazi prilično privatno u masliniku, gdje smo igrali tenis 😉 Sve u svemu, ovo je bilo stvarno dobro iskustvo!

Bili smo grupa od 14 ljudi koji su uživali u izvanrednoj lokaciji, vili s prostranim sobama i modernim dizajnom dobrog ukusa. Obično ne ostavljam recenzije, ali razina smještaja i gostoprimstva u potpunosti je premašila naša očekivanja. Toplo preporučam ako želite posebno mjesto za uživanje sa svojom obitelji i prijateljima.
